12/12/2023 0 Comments Nemo helio check valve![]() I finally got in a full shower today after warming the water and trying to pour the boiling water into the small top opening, then allowing a complete shampooing of both facial treatments, and then finally bathing and rinsing. I think the back window for the pump and hose will be eventually closed by some heavy-duty industrial velcro to keep unwanted pests bugs out in the long run. but, the Nemo Helio Pressure Shower (Dark Verglas) is difficult I'm starting to notice to get a good spray out of it, I think it has to do with the shower hose where its located, causing a blockage or possibly pressure at its bottom to press the water out its long hose. I'm kinda disappointed that the Nemo Helio Pressure Shower (Dark Verglas) didn't use the small back pocket door window that I can tell was meant for probably the footpad and hose. Litteral, I was just splish-splashing away so I am actually glad in this case I had fun on the first day! Haha, I did just take a bath in it the first night I had it because I hadn't gotten the Nemo Helio Pressure Shower (Dark Verglas) (which I just realized I also bought from my new favorite place to shop backcountry on amazon :) ), so I had to use my new water heating stick to heat a 5-gallon bucket of water. I'm noticing that it doesn't drain well, so I'm hoping I won't have to always look forward to digging some sort of highrise mount so that water can drain off out of its sides. It leaks in the Oregon rain right now, so I have it under my new 10x10 canopy entrapped within its walls. My goal is to eventually buy the Nomad and use both machines depending on how deep I need to go.The product isn't too bad. They also allow me and so many others this flexibility to cleanup the waterways without diving with tanks on. They have always helped me out with any questions that I’ve had.īlu3 also does some amazing things for the environment, by giving back. Blu3 is an amazing company because of the amazing people that work there. It’s my favorite purchase that I’ve ever made. If you like the water, snorkeling, swimming, metal detecting I would highly recommend getting a Nemo (allows you to safely go to 10 feet deep) or a Nomad (allows you to safely go to 30 feet deep). ![]() I do record it and post videos on my YouTube channel: A couple of years ago I ran across the Nemo and just about every day since from March until November I’ve been diving, no tanks, I wear a weight belt so I can metal detect and clean out swimming areas around the state of Maine. ![]() I broke my back 4 1/2 years ago, I didn’t think I would ever dive again because of the toll it takes wearing all the extra weight from the weight belt to the tanks. Nomad Mini with the DiveBoost Kit attached will not fit into a backpack that has a height of 7 inches. If the height of your backpack is 7 inches, then it will fit Nomad Mini without the DiveBoost Kit but there will be a bulge from the top of the backpack. Most backpacks purchased with Nemo are the same dimensions as those that come with Nomad and Nomad Mini, however some older Nemo backpacks have a shorter height. A Nomad backpack has a height of 9 inches. ![]() When storing Nomad Mini with DiveBoost Kit into the Backpack, there will be a bulge in the top of the backpack but it will zip. ![]() If you purchased a Backpack with a Nomad, then it will fit Nomad Mini just fine. The Nemo Flotation Tube can be used on Nomad Mini in addition to the Dry Bag Float that comes with Nomad / Nomad Mini. One Nemo battery cannot power the Nomad Mini alone as there is a risk it will shut off suddenly while in use. When using Nemo batteries (that have a date code of or older) to power Nomad Mini, you must also use the DiveBoost Kit and two fully charged Nemo batteries at the same time. Nemo batteries may be used to power Nomad Mini, under certain conditions. ![]()
